The output
Your Shift90. One page. The whole problem and the plan.
It follows the A3 discipline from manufacturing: if the problem and the plan do not fit on one sheet, the thinking is not finished. The assessment writes yours from what you tell it — landscape, seven panels, with a QR code back into the interview so you can sharpen it later.
Background
What the business is, what it sells, and what changed recently that makes this urgent.
Current condition
The present-tense picture with your numbers: volumes, times, where work waits, what breaks.
Goals and targets
Two to four checkable targets for the next 90 days. Quality, delivery, cost.
Analysis
Three to five causes behind the reasons you marked — causes you control, not symptoms.
Countermeasures
For each cause: what gets installed, which of quality, delivery or cost it moves, and who owns it.
Plan
The 90-day sequence, with timing, owner and the support each step needs.
Follow-up
The review rhythm and the small set of numbers that prove or disprove the plan.
It is yours either way
Shift90 is not a proposal in disguise. Take it to your own team and run it. If you would rather have it installed with you, that conversation comes after you have the page in hand — a deep dive working session on your operation.
